Delete Your Account

Garmnt allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You can do this directly in the app or by contacting us via email.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Garmnt app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
  4. Confirm your request in the two-step confirmation dialog.
  5. Your deletion request will be submitted and your account will be signed out immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

  1. Send an email to stelllar@garmnt.org.
  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. Include the email address associated with your Garmnt account.
  4. We will confirm receipt and process your request.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission. You will not be able to use your account during this period. Once deletion is complete, it cannot be reversed.

Data That Is Deleted

The following data is permanently deleted when your account is removed:

  • •Account credentials — email, password, authentication tokens
  • •Style profile — gender, age range, body type, style preferences, color preferences, quiz responses
  • •Uploaded photos — all try-on photos and wardrobe images
  • •Try-on results — all AI-generated virtual try-on images
  • •Saved outfits — all generated and saved outfit combinations
  • •Closet items — all wardrobe items you added
  • •Preference learning data — favorites, skips, feedback history, learned style preferences
  • •AI usage history — credit balances, generation history
  • •Subscription data — subscription tier and billing status
  • •User preferences — personalization weights and settings

Data That May Be Retained

The following data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for legal or operational reasons:

  • •Anonymized affiliate click data — retained for commission attribution reporting, with all personal identifiers removed. Retained for up to 12 months.
  • •Anonymized error logs — retained for debugging and app improvement, with all personal identifiers removed. Automatically purged after 90 days.
  • •Transaction records — purchase and subscription records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your Garmnt account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through your app store before requesting account deletion:

  • •Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  • •iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
