How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password,” enter your email address, and we’ll send you a reset link.

How does the AI stylist work?

Our AI understands your preferences, occasion, budget, and current fashion trends to build complete, shoppable outfits tailored to you.

Is the virtual try-on accurate?

We use state-of-the-art AI to generate highly realistic try-on images. However, results are approximations — actual fit and appearance may vary.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On Android: open Google Play > Subscriptions > Garmnt > Cancel. On iOS: go to Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Garmnt > Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Email stelllar@garmnt.org with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

Why do some products link to external stores?

Garmnt doesn’t sell products directly. When you tap a product, you’re redirected to the retailer’s website to complete your purchase. Garmnt may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

My try-on photo didn’t work. What should I do?

For best results, use a well-lit, front-facing photo with your full upper body visible. Avoid busy backgrounds, filters, or multiple people in the frame.

How does the credit system work?

Free users get limited credits. Premium subscribers receive expanded credits each month. The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase. Credits are only consumed on successful generation, reset each billing cycle, and do not roll over.

I ran out of AI credits. What are my options?

You can upgrade to a premium subscription or purchase a Starter Pack for additional credits. The Fit Generator and Discover features are always free and do not require credits.

What’s the difference between Style Me and Fit Generator?

Style Me uses AI with your text prompt and consumes credits. Fit Generator uses smart database matching with filters and is always free.

Can I sign in with Google or Apple?

Yes. Garmnt supports Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In in addition to email and password.

What happens to my try-on photos?

Your photos are stored privately in your account and sent to the AI service for processing. They are not shared, sold, or used for AI training. You can delete them at any time.

Can I try on multiple items at once?

Yes. You can try on up to 2 items (1 top + 1 bottom) in a single session for 1 credit. Shoes and accessories are not supported for virtual try-on.

Does Garmnt earn money from product links?

Yes. Garmnt earns affiliate commissions when you shop through product links. There is no extra cost to you — it helps keep the app running.

How do I change my style preferences?

Go to Settings and retake the style quiz or edit your profile directly. Changes are reflected in your recommendations immediately.

Can I get weather-appropriate outfits?

Yes. Use the weather chips in Style Me and Fit Generator to get outfit suggestions suited to current or expected weather conditions.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Email stelllar@garmnt.org with the subject “Data Export Request.” We will provide your data within 30 days.
