1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Garmnt (the “Service”), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Description of Services

Garmnt provides a fashion discovery and personal styling platform. Our services include:

• •AI-powered outfit generation
• •Virtual try-on
• •Weather-aware outfit suggestions
• •Wardrobe organization tools
• •Affiliate product discovery across partner retailers
• •Style quizzes and personalization
• •Budget-conscious outfit generation

3) User Accounts

You may create an account using email and password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and current information
• •Keep your login credentials secure
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4) User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within Garmnt. By uploading content, you grant Garmnt a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• •Infringing on intellectual property rights
• •Illegal or promoting illegal activity
• •Harmful, abusive, or harassing
• •Containing malware or malicious code

Do not upload photos of others without their consent.

5) Virtual Try-On

• •Photos you upload for virtual try-on are transmitted to Amazon Bedrock (AWS), a third-party AI service, for processing
• •You must only upload photos of yourself, or of others with their explicit consent
• •Try-on results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly reflect actual fit or appearance
• •Results are for personal use only
• •Your photos are not used to train AI models

6) AI-Generated Content

• •AI outfit suggestions are provided for informational and personal styling purposes only
• •Recommendations are influenced by your preferences, current fashion trends, and weather data
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions
• •Virtual try-on results are AI approximations and may differ from actual product appearance
• •Prompt text and style preferences are sent to AI providers; no personally identifiable information (PII) is included

7) Subscriptions, Credits & Purchases

Garmnt sells only AI credits through in-app subscriptions or one-time credit packs. Garmnt does not sell physical products.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• •Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• •Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• •Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over
• •Credits are only consumed on successful generation and are non-transferable
• •Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
• •The Starter Pack ($2.99) is a one-time, non-auto-renewable purchase

Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

• •iOS: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Garmnt
• •Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Garmnt
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then
• •Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

Refunds

• •Refund requests are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) according to their respective refund policies
• •iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• •Android: Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
• •We may change pricing with reasonable notice

8) Affiliate Links & Shopping

Garmnt earns commissions through affiliate partnerships with Rakuten, Impact Radius, and CJ Affiliate.

• •There is no additional cost to you when shopping through affiliate links
• •Garmnt does not sell products directly
• •We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, shipping, or customer service
• •Product prices displayed may not always reflect the current retailer price
• •Returns and refunds are governed by the respective retailer’s policies

9) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• •Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• •Impersonate any person or entity
• •Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• •Upload photos of others without their consent
• •Circumvent subscription limits, credit systems, or usage restrictions

10) Intellectual Property

The Garmnt app, its design, code, branding, and AI-generated content are owned by Garmnt. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free service
• •Accuracy of AI-generated outfit suggestions
• •Accuracy of virtual try-on results
• •That product information (pricing, availability) is current
• •That fashion trend data is comprehensive

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garmnt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Garmnt in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garmnt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14) Dispute Resolution

• •Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days
• •If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or in the courts of Philadelphia, PA
• •Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or security

15) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16) Termination

• •You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
• •We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms
• •Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 14 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination

17) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
